What is Subes Shoes return policy?
Any customer will be allowed to return any product after purchasing through the Subes Shoes website. However, you are responsible for paying the shipping fees for returning the product back to Subes Shoes. There will also be a 15% restocking fee for returning any product. After the restocking payment has been received, you will be issued a full refund for your product. All products must be in new/like new condition to receive a refund for your item.

If I received a product but the product does not fit, will I be able to switch for the other size?
Yes! The customer is still in charge of covering the shipping cost for sending the item back. You will also have to pay a 15% restocking fee for the returned item. After the restocking payment has been received, you will be issued a full refund for your old product.
How long do I have to file a return for my product?
After purchasing your product, you will have a 30 day period to return your product. All returned products must be in new/like new condition to receive a refund for your product.
If I do not pay the restocking fee, will I be able to receive a refund for the returned product?
NO! If a customer returns a product but does not send the 15% restocking fee, there will be no refund given. If you do not pay within a week of the return, Subes Shoes will contact you with regards of your restocking fee payment.
